I have never worked with an interior designer before and was not sure about the process or the outcome. But Bona was great to work with, very responsive and very understanding whenever I was unable to respond back immediately. She is very patient and also very flexible and will work with your style and budget. She made some great recommendations and ideas and I loved how the rooms turned out!
